Our Origins

Talent Pool Sweden was founded by a student and quickly expanded to include four students, all united by a passion for technology and a vision to transform aspects of the consulting industry. By merging our knowledge and experience in IT, strategy, and data analytics, we established an agency that takes a personal interest in each project. Our model is based on a commitment to direct and active participation in all our assignments.

By keeping our team small and specialized, we ensure the highest quality and personal involvement at every stage of the process, thereby creating added value and innovative solutions for our clients. This is why we selectively take on only those projects that are both interesting and appropriate.
